CHANGE ORDER # EVERETT 0001 WASHINGTON Project(Procurement) Number: Small Works Roster Project Title: IFQ 2020-036R1 High Security Fence — Smith Street Description of Change: (Attach contractor's change proposal and cost schedule)(Attach Price or Cost Analysis) LOCATION: 3600 and 3700 Smith Street, Everett, WA This change order encompasses a net increase of forty-five (45) calendar days for project completion. The extension in completion time is a result of after the Notice to Proceed and approved submittals at end of December, there was two weeks of time needed for the Contractor to finalize the material package with the fence manufacturer on January 13th, then a 25 business day production lead time for the order, followed by a 1st and 15th manufacturer shipping schedule, which anticipates a partial shipment on February 15th and the remaining order of fence materials will not be shipped until March 1st. The Contractor is estimating project completion on or around March 12th, depending on weather conditions. There is no change in cost for this change order. The changes described above result in the following adjustment(s) in price and contract time (in calendar days).
