LC.. �...i....~(r, G�l,��r �ii..(a l�i..�:{�i c.c��J Li ull�t:y Grj.: <br /> WHEREAS,GMACP-General Policy Plan(GPP)Capital Facilities Objective 1.S and <br /> 31 associated policies require the County to develop a six-year financing program for capital facilities <br /> 32 that meats the requirements of the GMA;and <br /> 33 <br /> 34 WHEREAS,on June 25,1995,the Snohomish County Council(the`County Council")first <br /> a5 adopted a capital facilities plan as required by the GMA,the 1995-2000 Capital Facilities Plan, <br /> 38 along with other mandatory elements of Snohomish County's GMACP;and <br /> 37 <br /> a8 WHEREAS,on June 10,2015,the County Council adopted the 2015 Comprehensive Plan <br /> 39 Update,which Included reassessment and updates to the land Use Element,Transportation <br /> 40 Element,Parks and Recreation Element,Capital Facilities Plan Element,Future Land Use Map, <br /> 41 and regulations and policies;and <br /> 42 <br /> 43 WHEREAS,the 2015 Capital Facilities Plan moment("2015 CFP")establishes minimum level <br /> 44 of servica("LOS')standards for those capital facilities necessary to support development and <br /> 45 provides an inventory of capital facilities and a forecast of future batty needs;and <br /> 43 <br /> 47 WHEREAS,the 2015 CFP Identifies the following pubic capital facilities as necessary to <br /> 48 support development tire protection services,surface transportation,perks land and recreational <br /> 49 facilities,surface water management,electric per,schools,public wastewater systems,and <br /> 50 public water supply;and <br /> AMENDED ORDNANCE NO.1E-G'82 <br /> RSLAW#NO TO THE GROWTH MANAGEMENT ACT, <br /> ADOPTING e THE 2Qta2o24 CAPITAL#MPR NT <br /> 'PROGRAM AS PART OF THE SNOHOMISH COUNTY <br /> CAPITAL PACIUTIES PLAN-1 <br />
