The Police Department <br />shall furnish the necessary personnel equipment, material and services and otherwise <br />do all things necessary for, or incidental to the performance of marine law enforcement <br />and other duties. <br />Recommendation (exact action requested of Council): <br />Authorize the Mayor to sign the Intergovernmental Agreement with Washington State <br />Parks and Recreation Commission. <br />
