President Stonecipher stated that live public <br /> comment will be accepted one-half hour before the start of the meeting by calling <br /> 425.616.3920, Conference ID 870 418 373#. Council Member Moore was excused. <br /> The minutes of the February 17, 2021, City Council meeting were approved as <br /> printed. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Franklin recognized the retirement of City Engineer Jim Miller whose career <br /> spanned 50 years of public service, including 26 years serving the City of Everett. <br /> The Mayor thanked Jim for his career of service in advancing sound utility <br /> engineering practices, water resource management, and environmental <br /> stewardship. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council members congratulated and thanked Jim Miller for his years of service to <br /> the City of Everett. <br /> r <br /> 1 <br />
