He stated he would <br /> contact Sound Transit to coordinate a future Council briefing. <br /> Council Member Tuohy provided liaison reports on her attendance at last week's <br /> Snohomish County 911 Board of Directors meeting and the Pinehurst <br /> Neighborhood meeting that was held last night. Council Member Tuohy recused <br /> herself from the vote on Action Item No. 4 because she is employed by the Schack <br /> Art Center, which is one of the grant applicants being considered for funding. <br /> ADMINISTRATION UPDATE <br /> Lori Cummings, on behalf of Administration, extended her appreciation for <br /> Council's work and commitment in implementing the Collaborative Leadership <br /> Pilot program. She stated she would work with the City Attorney to review the <br /> current Council procedures for the purpose of incorporating language that reflects <br /> the concepts outlined in the Collaborative Leadership model. She noted any <br /> • recommendations would be brought forward at a future meeting of the Council. <br /> President Stonecipher noted that she forwarded liaison assignments to council <br /> members this week for review. She added that she also plans to work with staff to <br /> update the Council procedures resolution to ensure it reflects the new <br /> Collaborative Leadership model that is being piloted this year. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Attorney David Hall congratulated Mr. Miller for his years of public service. <br /> He also requested a 15-minute executive session regarding a legal matter <br /> pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(i)(3) with no announcement to follow. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> Deb Williams, Council, stated there were no citizens who wished to speak, and <br /> there were no written comments received. <br /> • <br />
