PURPOSE & DESCRIPTION: <br />The purpose of the Fiscal Year (FY) 2020 Emergency Management Performance Grant COVID-19 <br />program is to provide U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS)/Federal Emergency Management <br />award funds to states to assist state, local, territorial, and tribal governments with their <br />management activities supporting the prevention of, preparation for, response to, and recovery <br />Disease 2019 (COVID-19) public health emergency. <br />The Department is the Recipient and Pass -through Entity of the 20EMPG-S DHS Award Letter for <br />S01, which is incorporated in and attached hereto as Attachment F and has made a subaward <br />Subrecipient pursuant to this Agreement.
