GILLIG makes <br />no warranty of any kind whatever, express or implied; and all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose which exceed the aforesaid <br />obligation are hereby disclaimed by GILLIG and excluded from any agreement. This price reflects equipment shipped directly to the Agency by Momentum <br />Dynamics and the services described below. No further services are included as part of this GILLIG quote.
