However, there is one area <br /> in particular that we want to check with you on before we finalize these plans. The equipment room Verizon will be <br /> installing within the building has an exterior wall that is at the property line. However, part of this installation will <br /> require us to place a conduit pull-can on the exterior of this wall.The pull can would be about 12"x12", so nothing large. <br /> It would technically be encroaching into the right of way, but would be attached to the building.
