The fee maybe paid at the Permit Se Counter, 3200 Cedar St 2nd <br />Floor, M-F from 7:30-4 (closed 12-1). - - <br />2. Prior to permit approval/issuance, an Accessory Dwelling Unit Covenant must be recorded with <br />the Snohomish County Auditor. Please submit the covenant for my review prior to recording the <br />document with the County.
