The costs will <br />be reimbursed monthly during the agreement period from January 1, 2021 to December <br />31, 2021. <br />Project summary statement: <br />The First Responders Flex Fund for 2021 will be used by COET to help end homelessness <br />in the City of Everett. It will help people who are part of the COET program to get <br />needed items, shelter, and treatment. This will help with costs such as bus passes for <br />travel to work or appointments, food, clothing and other items for warmth. <br />Recommendation (exact action requested of Council): <br />Authorize the Mayor to sign the Agreement and all necessary documents with <br />Snohomish County Human Services for the acceptance and utilization of the First <br />Responders Flex Fund. <br />
