• <br /> March 24, 2021 <br /> RESOLUTION — ELECTRONIC TRANSFER CLAIMS <br /> To adopt Resolution No. 7623 authorizing electronic transfer claims against the <br /> City of Everett in the amount of$6,957,771.64 for the period of January 1, 2021, <br /> through January 31, 2021. <br /> BID CALL—WATERMAIN REPLACEMENT "V" PROJECT <br /> To authorize the Call for Bids for construction of the Watermain Replacement <br /> "V" Project. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council Members <br /> Murphy and Tuohy who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> S <br /> ACTION ITEMS: <br /> PURCHASE— BATTERY ELECTRIC TRANSIT BUSES AND CHARGING EQUIPMENT <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member Vogeli, to <br /> award and authorize purchase of nine battery electric fixed route transit buses <br /> and charging equipment from Gillig LLC using the Commonwealth of Virginia <br /> Contract#2712/EVT#2020-090 for a total of$9,280,212. <br /> Council Member Roberts and Vogeli commented on their support to purchase the <br /> electric buses. <br /> Council Member Roberts expressed appreciation to city staff for pursuing grant <br /> funds from Federal Transit Administration, which is also consistent with the <br /> Climate Action Plan. <br /> a <br /> 4 <br />
