RESPONSIBILITIES OF CLIENT <br /> As a condition to this Maintenance and Support Agreement,Client agrees to <br /> provide on-site support for the System from client personnel, information systems <br /> staff or local third party contractor. Minimal responsibilities of this individual are: <br /> a) The Client shall notify RJN immediately of any Program malfunction. <br /> The Client shall allow RJN required access via remote interne <br /> connection or backup of the program files and data(Oracle export). <br /> b) Coordinate upgrades of system hardware,network connectivity and <br /> operating systems with RJN Technical Support to ensure compatibility <br /> with installed version of CASS WORKS,Oracle RDBMS,and other <br /> operational components. For Oracle RDBMS support that is provided <br /> directly from Oracle Corporation(Full Use licenses),this coordination <br /> will include RJN Technical Support,Client's support personnel, and an <br /> Oracle support representative. <br /> c) Maintain and keep current support for the Oracle RDMBS through either <br /> RJN Group(Application Specific licenses)or with Oracle Corporation <br /> (Full Use licenses). <br /> d) Maintain and keep current support contracts or provide internal support <br /> for system and network operating systems, utility software,network, <br /> personal computer systems and network server hardware. This includes <br /> workstation and server protection for power interruption and software <br /> virus protection. <br /> e) Perform backup and restore procedures of operating system, <br /> configurations,and application software. This includes consistent and <br /> regular backups and exports of the Oracle RDBMS and system files <br /> according to the instructions and directions of RJN Technical Support. <br /> 0 Monitor and adjust database performance,available disk space and <br /> security.
