Esri Responsibilities <br /> • Provide up to 67 hours of consulting services as described above. <br /> City of Everett Responsibilities <br /> • Communicate consulting needs and priorities to the Esri consultant. <br /> • Complete the pre-visit questionnaire and submit it to the Esri technical consultant. <br /> • Target installation servers should have applicable operating systems, databases, and <br /> patches installed and connected to the network prior to the engagement. <br /> • Download installation files and ECP files and any necessary service packs for all <br /> applicable software prior to the engagement. <br /> • Provide the Esri consultant with access to servers and server user accounts with <br /> administrative privileges. <br /> Assumptions <br /> • Pricing assumes all consulting services will be provided remotely from Esri's offices <br /> during Esri's normal business hours and no travel will be required of the Esri <br /> consultant(s). <br /> • ArcGIS Desktop (Standard or Advanced) is required to support testing, configuration, <br /> administrative, and technology transfer tasks in addition to geodatabase administration <br /> and data loading. <br /> • Topics outside the scope of this support include but are not limited to: Migration of <br /> databases and applications, system integration, system architecture design, security <br /> review, high availability,performance tuning, and application development. <br /> Schedule: <br /> The schedule will be mutually agreed upon between City of Everett and Esri within 10 days after <br /> contract award with anticipated end date of 12/31/2021. <br /> Pricing: <br /> Esri is pleased to provide the following pricing to City of Everett to provide the geographic <br /> information systems (GIS) services stated above. The pricing provided below has been <br /> estimated based upon an anticipated award of a Time-and-Materials (T&M) contract Task Order <br /> which is subject to the terms and conditions contained in the NASPO ValuePoint Cooperative <br /> Master Agreement No. AR2482 and the Participating Addendum between Esri and the State of <br /> P21-30859 City of Everett <br /> ArcGIS Enterprise Support 2 March 26,2021 <br />
