Exhibit B <br /> PROGRAM FEES <br /> The YMCA will pay the City a base fee of$780.00 for any week or part thereof that the Camp Patterson <br /> Facilities are used for camp. There is no base fee for a week during which there is no camp. The <br /> $780.00 per week is for up to sixty(60) registered campers per week. The YMCA will pay the City the <br /> base fees once a month,with the base fees for all weeks in a month due by the 15th day of that month. <br /> Partial camp weeks prorated at$156/day. <br /> Additionally,the YMCA will pay$12.75 per week per actual registered camper above sixty(60) campers. <br /> For example, a camp week with 65 actual registered campers causes an additional fee for that week of 5 <br /> X$12.75 =$63.75. The YMCA will pay all such additional fees to the City no later than September 15t <br /> Failure to pay the City may result in termination of the Agreement. <br /> 9 <br />
