AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of the following described portion of street in the City of Everett, County of Snohomish, State of Washington, to-wit: Begin at the NW corner of Lot 1, Blk. 775, Stanford Land Company' s Addition to Everett; th Nly along the E line of Tulalip Ave. produced Nly in its present platted direction from said Blk. 775 for twenty (20 ' ) feet to the NW corner of the Fr. of 32nd St. vacated by the City of Everett under Ordinance No. 1562 and the T. P.O.B. of this description; th con- tinue Nly along the same straight line for twenty- five (25 ' ) feet; th Ely and parallel to the N line of said Lot 1 and the N line of Lot 17, Elk. 775, Plat of Everett, Div. "H” , 175 feet to the W margin of Kromer Ave. produced Nly in its platted direction in the Plat of Everett, Div. "H"; th Sly along said Y- :'ram -- W margin of Kromer Ave. for 25.09 feet to the NE Cor. of said Fr. of 32nd St. vacated by the City of Everett under Ordinance No. 3856; th Wly along the N line of said vacated Fr. of 32nd St. for 175 feet to the T. P.O.B. WHEREAS, the owners of more than two-thirds of the pri- vate property abutting upon the portion of street above described have duly filed their petition with the City Council of Everett praying for the vacation of said portion of street, and WHEREAS, said City Council of the City of Everett did, by resolution duly adopted, fix the 14th day of August, 1962 at 10:00 A.M. of said day for the hearing and determination of the said petition, and WHEREAS, due and legal notice of the time and place of said hearing and the determination of said petition has been given by theCity Clerk in the manner prescribed by law, and WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for hearing, objections to the vacating of the herein described portion of street were heard and discussed, and WHEREAS, it now appears to the City Council that said petition should be granted and said City Council does hereby determine to vacate the above described portion of said street, NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the portion of street in the City of Everett, County of Snohomish, State of Washington, described as follows, to-wit: Begin at the NW corner of Lot 1, Blk. 775, Stanford Land Company' s Addition to Everett; th Nly along the E line of Tulalip Ave. produced Nly in its present platted direction from said Blk. 775 for twenty (20 ' ) feet to the NW corner of the Fr. of 32nd St. vacated by the City of Everett under Ordinance No. 1562 and the T.P.O.B. of this description; th con- tinue Nly along the same straight line for twenty- five (25 ' ) feet; th Ely and parallel to the N line of said Lot 1 and the N line of Lot 17, Elk. 775,
