Field Reports 1& 2 dated February 4 and Februery 10, <br />2004 the building footing was placed on competent subgrade. It is our undcrstanding that site <br />udlity trenchey were approximately 2 feet deep and did not require compaction inspectio�, <br />GEO Group Northwest Inc. was onsite March 29 and 30, 2004 to inspect site subgrado in all <br />roadway and parking lot areas as described in Fieid Reports 3& 4.
