In order for thc <br />Planning Department to sign off on the Certificate ol' Occupancy, the following improvcment <br />must be completed: <br />Install Landscaping and Irrigation in Accordance �viti� tl�e APproved PIAns. In-lieu <br />of installing the landscaping, you may provide eithe; a performance bond or set-aside <br />letter (preferred) in the amount of 300 percent of the estimated cost of materials and <br />installation. If the landscaping on the adjacent site to the noRh is to be installed at the <br />same time, you may provide a single assurance device for both sites.
