The I Subcontractor listed in Part B of Section 004336 (Proposed Subcontractors Form) as the Concrete Subcontractor must satisfy both of the following 111 requirements: (1) For at least the five (5) years prior to Bid opening, I the Concrete Subcontractor must have been in the business of actively and directly constructing concrete flatwork, gabions, and concrete curb Iprojects with its own forces_ (2) Within the three (3)years prior to Bid opening, the Concrete Subcontractor must have Isuccessfully completed with its own forces the concrete flatwork portion of at least: a. five (5)concrete installations of 10,000 SF or I larger,and b. one (1) installation of 500 LF of poured cement curb or larger, and c. one (1) project utilizing gabion construction.
