Exhibit H <br /> 2019 CDBG Subrecipient Agreement <br /> Exhibit "H-A" IIIIIIM <br /> IX <br /> 2020 Community Development Block Grant Deed of Trust EVERETT <br /> 2020 CDBG Subrecipient Agreement WASHINGTON <br /> Specific Terms and Conditions <br /> 1. This grant shall be considered a forgivable loan with principal and interest due fifteen years <br /> from the date of final project completion or March 31, 2036 whichever is later. Repayment <br /> is not required as long as the property is used as a facility that serves Abused and Neglected <br /> Children under 24 CFR 570.201(c) or 42 USC 5305(a)(2) as per this agreement. Should this <br /> property use change, or the terms of this contract not be upheld the City of Everett may at <br /> its option, require immediate payment in full of all sums lent plus interest. <br /> 2. Interest rate shall be 3% simple interest. <br /> 3. Dawson Place will allow the City to monitor progress of the construction through on-site <br /> inspections, with a final inspection prior to occupancy. <br /> 5. Dawson Place is responsible for obtaining all applicable permits required for future <br /> rehabilitation. <br /> 6. The property shall be maintained at all times and not let to rundown. <br />
