The <br />2021 Annual Action Plan establishes the spending plan for the CDBG fiscal year <br />beginning July 1st and ending June 30th. Additional grants funds of HOME and 2060 <br />Affordable Housing Trust funds are provided through Snohomish County to assist low- <br />income, homeless, and other community members in need. 2021 funding allocations will <br />also establish CDBG-CV3 (COVID) funds for public service projects responding to the <br />impact of COVID within city limits. The resolution includes recommendations for <br />adoption of the annual spending plan addressing priority needs. <br />Recommendation (exact action requested of Council): <br />Adopt RESOLUTION concerning 2021 Community Development Block Grant Annual <br />Action Plan and allocations of CDBG, CDBG-CV, HOME and 2060 Housing Trust Funds. <br />
