Program and Projects to be funded with CDBG funds: <br />Public Service Projects (Priority) <br />Funding <br />ARC: Independent Living Housing Assistance (Housing) <br />Funds to provide emergency financial assistance, case management, <br />resource connection, and workshops for disabled persons. <br />$27,783.00 <br />Snohomish County Legal Services: Housing Justice Project (Housing) <br />Funds to provide free legal services to households facing eviction. <br />$16,670.00 <br />Housing Hope: College of Hope Mental Health Services (Mental <br />Health) <br />Funds will support staffing that provide adult life skills, Health and <br />Wellness educational courses. <br />$22,226.00 <br />Cocoon House: WayOut Program (Crime Prevention) <br />Funds support youth/family programs to prevent recidivism and <br />homelessness. <br />$11,113.00 <br />Homage: Meal Delivery Program (Food) <br />Funds support meal delivery program to seniors and disabled persons. <br />$27,783.00 <br />Housing Hope: Tomorrow's Hope Childcare (Childcare) <br />Funds cover childcare costs at Tomorrow's Hope Child Development <br />Center. <br />$11,113.00 <br />YMCA: Childcare Subsidy Program (Childcare) <br />Funds cover childcare costs for school age and summer childcare <br />programs. <br />$16,695.00 <br />TOTAL PUBLIC SERVICE <br />$133,382.00 <br />Non -Public Service Projects (Priority) <br />Community Housing Improvement Program (Housing) <br />Loans and administration costs to conduct home improvement projects <br />for low-income homeowners. <br />$394,512.00 <br />Homage: Minor Home Repair (Housing) <br />Minor home repairs for low-income senior and disabled homeowners. <br />$183,365.00 <br />TOTAL NON-PUBLIC SERVICE <br />$577,876.00 <br />CDBG Administration <br />$177,807.00 <br />TOTAL CDBG <br />$889,065.00 <br />2.
