Council approved the grant <br />at the December 18, 2019, Council meeting. <br />A professional services contract was awarded in February 2020 to cover the grant period, which was extended from April 1, 2021, to <br />June 30, 2021. $45,006 was spent in 2020. The training was completed in 2020; however, invoices for that training have not yet been received or paid. The <br />equipment was ordered in 2020, but was not received prior to year-end.
