After acquisition, it was <br />discovered that immediate repair work was needed in order to keep the boathouse in a safe and useable condition. There is <br />currently $80,000 budgeted for these repairs in the 2021 Criminal Justice fund; however, an additional $50,000 is needed to cover <br />the total estimated repair cost of $130,000.
