• <br /> March 31, 2021 <br /> Council Member Bader provided a liaison report from the Parks Department. He <br /> asked for a staff update on the status of the extension of the HOV lanes on <br /> northbound Interstate 5. <br /> Council Member Tuohy requested a staff update on the proposed red-light camera <br /> program. <br /> President Stonecipher stated she had a meeting with Administration to discuss <br /> hosting safe in-person Council meetings again. <br /> ADMINISTRATION UPDATE ON PRIOR BUSINESS <br /> Lori Cummings, Administration, stated a red-light camera report is forthcoming, <br /> and staff is currently doing necessary due diligence by vetting departmental costs <br /> associated with the program proposal. <br /> • <br /> Ryan Sass, Public Works, provided an update on the I-5 - NB Marine View Drive to <br /> SR 529 Corridor and Interchange (I/C) Improvements project. <br /> Bob Leonard, Parks& Facilities, provided an update on the possibility of the Senior <br /> Center reopening. He also provided an update on potential agreements under the <br /> Request for Proposal #2020-061 Public Private Partnerships— Park Properties. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Attorney David Hall requested a 20-minute executive session regarding a legal <br /> matter pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) with no announcement to follow. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> There were no citizens who wished to speak and no citizens who submitted <br /> comments prior to the meeting. <br /> • <br />
