The towing firm is authorized to pick up and impound any and all vehicles found upon certain real property described as follows: 2. This agreement shall continue in effect until terminated in writing by either party after not less than 10 days'notice. All impound signs remain the property of Dick's Towing and shall be returned at the termination of this contract. The towing firm shall be notified in writing of any changes or modifications of property by the property owner or authorized representatives or agents. 3. All impounds will be done in pursuant to RCW 46.55. A person authorizing this impound,if the impound is found in violation of Chapter 46.55 RCW,may be held liable for the costs incurred by the vehicle owner. 4. RCW 46.55.037 A registered tow truck operator may receive compensation from a private property owner or agent for a private impound of an unauthorized vehicle that has an approximate fair market value equal only to the approximate value of the scrap in it.The private property owner or an agent must authorize the impound under RCW 46.55.080.The registered tow truck operator shall process the vehicle in accordance with this chapter and shall deduct any compensation received from the private property owner or agent from the amount of the lien on the vehicle in accordance with this chapter.
