The type and extent of public access will weigh community outreach, needs of the community,impact on natural resources,and other measures. • Communications—Forterra will communicate regularly with the project partners and stakeholders to keep interested parties informed and to share news with the broader public about the process. Deliverables: • Draft and final land use strategy plan,including o Stakeholder engagement feedback. o Financing and funding review,detailing mechanisms explored,feasibility assessment of each, potential revenue,risks,timelines,and recommendations for which options to pursue. o Ownership review,detailing assessments of a range of scenarios. o Stewardship overview,identifying restoration,monitoring,enforcement,funding, public access, and management needs. o Recommendations for approach,including phases,to achieving desired long term land use outcomes through integration of funding mechanisms,ownership plan,and stewardship plan. • Partner meetings as established in project launch Timeline: To be determined in project launch. Following completion of the land use strategy plan the city,county,and Forterra will select actions from the plan to implement and pursue those under a separate body of work. PROJECT BUDGET Total compensation shall not exceed$20,000 Key staff are listed below with associated hourly billing rates.
