The submittal consists of recycled drawings from a previous project with minimal annotation, which does not provide a clear indication of the project scope. Construction -level documents need to be submitted for review. The drawings should provide partial plans of the work areas and specify the work to be performed. Where rated wall and horizontal assemblies are being repaired, listed and tested assemblies should be specified along with the minimum rating required. Note that this building includes more than 4 dwelling units are requires the drawings to be prepared by a licensed architect.
