I City of Everett Engineering/Permit Services, 425-257-7813 <br />DATE: 7/12/2018 <br />SUBJECT: Plan Review Comments for Public Works Permit Application <br />PROPOSAL: Site work for Koz Student Housing Project <br />LOCATION: 1020 N Broadway <br />PERMIT #: PW1804-004 <br />A review of this project by the Engineering/Permit Services Division indicates that the following <br />revisions should.be made and/or the following conditions must be met: <br />Please see the compiled list of comments below and the attached redlines to revise your plans <br />accordingly, prior to resubmitting to the Permit Services Counter. If you have any questions <br />regarding the comments/redlines or need anything further, please directly contact this project's <br />Public Works plans reviewer, Sabrina Fandler, at SFandler(cur�,everettwa.gov (or 425-257-7813), or <br />the other reviewers listed depending on the scope of the question. Please note that these comments <br />are compiled from Public Works reviewers for the Public Works (civil) plans only. The applicant <br />team may receive a separate comment letter from the Building Department and/or the Planning <br />Department for architectural or other types of drawings. <br />a. Please resubmit the following items to the Permit Services Counter with your resubmittal <br />once all requested revisions have been made AND all active Land Use Projects have been <br />Approved. Please note that this construction permit application was submitted under a <br />hold harmless agreement prior to eligibility of submitting for construction permits. All <br />resubmittals must wait until Land Use has completed since design criteria is currently <br />under review with the Land Use Applications. Construction Permit design cannot move <br />forward until Land Use designs are approved. <br />i. Transmittal Sheet: (1) available at the Permit Counter (and included herein for your <br />use upon resubmittal). <br />ii. Plans: (4) full size sets of revised plans, plus original City Markups. <br />iii. Drainage Report: (2) copies of revised report. <br />iv. Easement Form: (1) copy of easement form for pedestrian easement with legal <br />description and exhibit attached for review. Signing of this form must be notarized <br />and can take place at the permit counter if needed, typically done at the time of <br />permit issuance for convenience to the owner. <br />v. Cost Estimate for Permit Fee Calculation Form: (1) copy of cost estimate form <br />filled out for the City to use to calculate the Public Works Permit Fee (as applicable <br />based on water plan revision). <br />The Permit Counter is open Monday through Friday from 7:30am-12:00pm and from <br />1:00pm-4:00pm (closed between 12:00pm-1:00pm for lunch). <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />
