I City of Everett Engineering/Permit Services, 425-257-7813 <br />DATE: 11/13/2018 <br />SUBJECT: Plan Review Comments for Public Works Permit Application <br />PROPOSAL: Site work for Koz Student Housing Project <br />LOCATION: 1020 N Broadway <br />PERMIT #: PW1804-004 <br />A review of this project by the Engineering/Permit Services Division indicates that the following <br />revisions should be made and/or the following conditions must be met: <br />1. Please see the compiled list of comments below and the attached redlines to revise your plans <br />accordingly, prior to resubmitting to the Permit Services Counter. If you have any questions <br />regarding the comments/redlines or need anything further, please directly contact this project's <br />Public Works plans reviewer, Sabrina Fandler, at SFandlergeverettwa.gov (or 425-257-7813), or <br />the other reviewers listed depending on the scope of the question. Please note that these comments <br />are compiled from Public Works reviewers for the Public Works (civil) plans only. The applicant <br />team may receive a separate comment letter from the Building Department and/or the Planning <br />Department for architectural or other types of drawings. <br />a. Please resubmit the following items to the Permit Services Counter with your resubmittal <br />one all requested revisions have been made. <br />i. Transmittal Sheet: (1) available at the Permit Counter (and included herein for your <br />use upon resubmittal). <br />�ii. Plans: (2) full size sets of revised plans (can be included in revised architectural <br />zoo <Arr1-X set, or as a standalone civil plan set as long as there are not civils in the architectural <br />plans. No duplication please. Return original City Markups for backchecking. <br />�( iiii. Easement Form: (1) copy of easement form for pedestrian easement with legal <br />description and exhibit attached for review. Signing of this form must be notarized <br />and can take place at the permit counter if needed, typically done at the time of <br />permit issuance for convenience to the owner. <br />The Permit Counter is open Monday through Friday from 7:30am-12:00pm and from <br />1:00pm-4:00pm (closed between 12:00pm-I:00pm for lunch). <br />
