All calls for inspection shall be made 24 hours in advance. <br />2. All work shall be performed in accordance with the permit and current City of Everett 'Design and Construction Standards and Specifications for <br />Development'. <br />3. Call Location Underground Service 48 hours before you dig. The day you call does not count. TOLL FREE NUMBER 811. <br />4. Site Civil Work to be done per plans, SWPPP, and drainage report approved by the City of Everett Public Works Department dated 10/18/2019. <br />Approved plans must remain on job -site at all times. <br />5. Inspections are required for all stages of construction. Visit the City's Online Permitting Portal at pw.everettwa.gov to formally request all required <br />inspections. Flyers are provided at permit issuance with instructions on how to request an inspection online. <br />6. City of Everett Water Department crews shall make all connections to City water main at owner/contractor's expense. This work to be under a <br />separate Utility Permit to be purchased at the Permit Services Counter per a cost estimate by the Water Department. Work shall be scheduled 3-4 <br />weeks in advance. <br />7. As-builts of storm, sanitary sewer, and water systems will be required to be submitted to the PW Inspector per City Design and Construction <br />Standards and Specifications for Development prior to final approval/close out of the permit. <br />8. Sidewalk encroaching onto private property requires a public access easement. The easement documentation will be submitted to the City prior to <br />issuance of permits and must be recorded by the project team with a copy of the recorded document submitted to the City prior to final <br />approval/close out of the permit. <br />9. A Performance Guarantee in the amount of 120% of the cost of public improvements is required prior to permit issuance. Submit a cost estimate <br />for the public improvements and show the calculation of 120%to match the performance guarantee bond amount ($60,936.00) <br />10. After completion of the public improvements, trade in the for the Performance Guarantee, a 1-year Warranty Bond in the amount of 10% of the <br />construction costs for all public improvements shall be submitted to the City prior to final approval/close out of the permit ($5,078.00). <br />11. A Landscape Inspection is required by the Planning Department prior to final by the Public Works Inspector. Contact the Planning Department at <br />425-257-8731 to schedule the inspection. <br />12. This permit must be finaled in order to close out this permit/grant a Certificate of Occupancy.
