• • <br /> The following is the scope of work pertaining to a retroactive permit for work done in the right <br /> of way easement on my property at 2431 Cleveland ave. Everett WA, 98201: <br /> 1. Perimeter fence in the right of way easement bordering the sidewalk on Cleveland ave <br /> and 25th st, and the alley of 25th st. Fence will be wood (cedar). Fence will be 72in in <br /> height following the property grade from the corner near the south side of my garage, <br /> wrapping around along the alley and going along 25th st to the border of the front <br /> setback. At the point of the setback the fence will be 42in in height wrapping around to <br /> Cleveland street and ending at the border of my property and the neighboring house. <br /> a. There will be a 6.5 foot tall gate which will be 3 feet wide at the entrance to my <br /> property on Cleveland following the fence line. <br /> b. The fence line will not encroach the triangle whose angle begins at the street <br /> intersection of 25th and Cleveland, whose sides are 15ft in length following the <br /> property along 25th and along Cleveland and whos 3rd side connects the first 2 sides <br /> (as shown in the attached 'birds eye view' drawing') <br /> 2. Finish the existing grade and retaining wall which will not exceed 2 feet which wraps <br /> around the area from the north corner of my garage, along the alley, and meets the <br /> existing slope of the property along 25th st.
