If you have any questions regarding the comments/redlines or need anything further, <br /> please directly contact this project's Public Works plans reviewer, Thad Newport, at <br /> TNewport@everettwa.gov. Please note that these comments are compiled from Public Works reviewers <br /> for the site plan only.The applicant team may receive a separate comment letter from the Building Reviewer <br /> and/or the Planning Reviewer for architectural, landscape, or other types of drawings. <br /> 1. Please resubmit the following items to the Permit Services Counter with your resubmittal once all <br /> requested revisions have been made: <br /> a. Transmittal Sheet: (1) available at the Permit Counter (and included herein for your use upon <br /> resubmittal). <br /> b. Plans: (2) sets of revised plans. <br /> c. Stormwater Report: (2) copies of report. <br /> d. Operations and Maintenance Manual for all proposed stormwater facilities: (2) copies. <br /> The permit counter is temporarily closed; however,the upstairs lobby is set up for a drop-box system of hard <br /> copy plans for resubmittal. Please review the City's Permitting Procedures During Temporary Office Closure <br /> policy (PDF). The lobby hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30am — 3:00pm. <br /> 2. This project is in the combined stormwater/sewer basin and adds more than 200 square feet of new <br /> impervious surface.Therefore,it needs to meet the flow control requirements outlined in 6-10 of the City <br /> of Everett Design and Construction Standards and Specifications (DCSS). Provide design documentation <br /> outlined in 6-10.1(2) of the DCSS and revise site plan accordingly. <br /> Page 1 of 1 <br />
