EXPIRED PERMIT NO.: E1906-079 DESCRIPTION OF WORK: MOVE ELECTRICAL PANEL AWAY FROM H/W & INSTALL NEW PANEL & EXPIRATION DATE: 1/12/2020 Sections 105.5 and R105.5 of the International Building Code and International Residential Code state that permits become invalid if the work is not commenced or is suspended or abandoned for more than 180 days. 1. If work is complete, request a final inspection to close out the permit. 2. If work is continuing, request an inspection. 3. If work is currently suspended but will be pursued to completion within the next 6 months, request a permit extension through the Online Permitting Portal at pw.everettwa.gov. The reason for the extension is required. Please request inspections through the Online Permitting Portal at pw.everettwa.gov. Inspection requests submitted online by 11:59pm Monday -Friday will be tentatively scheduled for the next business day. If the volume of requests exceeds what can be completed the next business day, the remaining requests will be given priority on the schedule for the following business day. If no action is taken within 14 days of the mailing date of this letter, the expired permit record(s) will be closed without an approved final inspection. Continuing work after the permit is closed will require a new permit application and fees to inspect the work not finaled under the original permit.
