The applicant team may receive a <br /> separate comment letter from the Building Department and/or the Planning Department <br /> for architectural or other types of drawings. <br /> a. Please resubmit the following items to the Permit Services Counter with your <br /> resubmittal once all requested revisions have been made: <br /> i. Transmittal (1) available at the Permit Counter(and included herein for <br /> your use upon resubmittal). <br /> ii. Plans: (4) full size sets of revised plans, plus original City Markups. <br /> iii. Drainage Report: (2) copies of revised report. <br /> iv. SWPPP Report: (2)copies of revised SWPPP. <br /> v. Easement Form: (1)copy of easement form for pedestrian easement with <br /> legal description and exhibit attached for review. Signing of this form <br /> must be notarized and can take place at the permit counter if needed, <br /> typically done at the time of permit issuance for convenience to the owner. <br /> vi.
