In <br /> reference to the revised landscaping plan specifically, I believe the <br /> proposed plan is on the right track, but there are some additional <br /> corrections/clarification items required: <br /> 1 . Landscape and irrigation plans must meet the requirements of EMC <br /> 19.35.100 and 19.35.115 and are required to be prepared by a <br /> professional licensed or certified in Washington State. No <br /> irrigation information has been provided and the landscaping <br /> plan is unclear as to who prepared it. Please revise. <br /> 2. The plan is not clear (on the south side in particular) as to where <br /> the proposed lawn ends and the exposed aggregate of the <br /> courtyard begins. Please revise. <br /> 3. While the planting beds have noted 8x10 dimensions, the planting <br /> beds are not shown to scale. <br /> These comments are only in relation to the zoning code and do not <br /> account for all possible comments/correction from other <br /> departments.
