The comments below must be addressed before a <br />permit can be issued. These comments address building issues only. Additional revisions or additions may be <br />required by other departments including Public Works, Planning, and Fire. <br />Code citations provided in the following comments reference the 2015 International Building Code (IBC), the 2015 <br />International Existing Building Code (IEBC), the 2015 International Property Maintenance Code (IPMC), the 2015 <br />International Fire Code (IFC), the 2015 International Mechanical Code (IMC), and the 2015 International Energy <br />Conservation (IECC), and the 2012 Washington State Energy Code (WSEC). The current IBC referenced standard <br />for accessible design is the 2009 "Accessible and Usable Buildings and Facilities"(ICC./ANSI A117.1). Federal ADA, <br />FHA, and HUD regulations and standards, including the Fair Housing Accessibility Guidelines, may be more <br />restrictive. References to other design standards include the current edition. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, the following documentation should be submitted to the <br />Building Division for review: <br />a. Itemized letter addressing the comments provided below. Letter provided <br />b. Two complete sets of revised construction drawings. (2) revised set provided <br />c. One copy of supplemental structural calculations. Revised structural calcs provided <br />Submittal documents shall contain sufficient information and detail to review the proposed project for <br />compliance with the adopted codes.
