Marine <br />View Drive, Everett, WA 98203 with City of Everett Park property. The adjustment <br />creates a straight east/west line between the two ownerships. <br />Dear Applicant, <br />The boundary line adjustment application at the above location is granted PRELIMINARY <br />APPROVAL as of November 7, 2018..Prior to recording with the Snohomish County Auditor, the <br />following items need to be completed: <br />1. Portions of this site include City -owned park property. City Council approval is required for <br />the Boundary Line Adjustment property exchanges in order to move to the next steps. <br />2. Stake and set all perimeter property corners and new corners. Call for a Planning <br />Department inspection at 425.257.8731. <br />3. Submit an updated Declaration of Ownership form and a Declaration of Legal <br />Documentation form from the private ownership and from the Real Property Department of <br />the City of Everett. <br />4. Submit a Boundary Line Adjustment Title Certificate current to within 30 days. <br />5. Submit two original Record of Survey Boundary Line Adjustment maps, with property <br />owner's notarized signatures, attn.: Teresa Weldon, Planning Department. Include <br />Boundary Line Adjustment number BLA18-002 <br />You will be contacted after the City has signed the final map for pick-up at our office. <br />In order for the BLA to be valid, the map, Declarations of Ownership, Declarations of Legal <br />Documentation and conveyance documents shall be recorded at the Snohomish County Auditor.
