Please indicate to the City that all redlines have been adequately addressed by <br />providing checkmarks or notes next to the Citv's redlines to indicate that it has been picked <br />Lip or to answer a reviewer's question. A comment response letter can also be included with <br />your resubmittal to address the comments below (handwritten remarks under each comment <br />on this letter are perfectly acceptable). Teresa Weldon with the City of Everett Planning Department (425-257-7281 or <br />TWeldongeverettwa.gov) will be providing a separate comment letter if additional corrections <br />are needed regarding Planning/Landscaping/Zoning Code. Note that any comments Teresa makes <br />will apply to both the building set and civil set of plans. Please correct both, as applicable, before <br />resubmitting plan sets. <br />3. The comments below were generated from this project's Stormwater Reviewer. If you have any <br />questions regarding these comments, please contact Arnie Roshak with the City of Everett Public <br />Works Department/Sewer & Drainage Division (425-257-7249 or ARoshakkeverettwa.gov). <br />a. Sanitary Sewer: <br />i. Minimum slope for sanitary sewer main is 0.75%, revise sewer main design so <br />minimum slope of new sewer main is 0.75%. <br />b. Surface Water: <br />i. Detention pipe - corrugated steel detention pipe is not allowed. See Drawing 418 <br />of the COE Design and Construction Standards and Specifications (DOSS) for <br />acceptable pipe materials. <br />ii. Minimum connecting pipe diameter is 48-inches between detention pipes. <br />Connecting pipe IE's shall be level with vault. <br />iii. Bottom of detention pipes shall be level and inlet and outlet pipe inverts shall <br />match bottom of vault elevation. <br />iv. Raise outlet of control structures by 6-inches to provide sediment storage. Revise <br />modeling calcs for updated elevations. <br />v.
