This is your <br />permit coverage letter. Your permit coverage is effective January 8, 2019. Please retain this <br />permit coverage letter as the official record of permit coverage for your site. <br />Ecology has approved.use of electronic formats as long as they are easily produced on your <br />construction site. A mobile friendly copy of the CSWGP permit, permit forms, and information <br />related to your permit can be viewed and downloaded at www.ecology.wa.gov/eCoverage- <br />ap cket. Please contact your Permit Administrator, listed below, if you would like to receive a <br />hard copy of the CSWGP. <br />Please take time to read the entire permit and contact Ecology if you have any questions. <br />Electronic Discharge Monitoring Reports (WQWebDMR) <br />This permit requires that Permittees submit monthly discharge monitoring reports (DMRs) for <br />the full duration of permit coverage (from issuance date to termination). DMRs must be <br />submitted electronically using Ecology's secure online system, WQWebDMR.
