a. The Permittee must provide a copy of plans and records to Ecology within 14 <br />days of receipt of a written request from Ecology. <br />b. The Permittee must provide a copy of plans and records to the public when <br />requested in writing. Upon receiving a written request from the public for the <br />Permittee's plans and records, the Permittee must either: <br />i. Provide a copy of the plans and records to the requester within 14 days of <br />a receipt of the written request; or <br />ii. Notify the requester within 10 days of receipt of the written request of the <br />location and times within normal business hours when the plans and <br />records may be viewed; and provide access to the plans and records <br />within 14 days of receipt of the written request; or <br />iii. Within 14 days of receipt of the written request, the Permittee may <br />submit a copy of the plans and records to Ecology for viewing and/or <br />copying by the requester at an Ecology office, or a mutually agreed <br />location. If plans and records are viewed and/or copied at a location other <br />than at an Ecology office, the Permittee will provide reasonable access to <br />copying services for which a reasonable fee may be charged. The <br />Permittee must notify the requester within 10 days of receipt of the <br />request where the plans and records may be viewed and/or copied. <br />• S6. PERMIT FEES <br />Ll <br />The Permittee must pay permit fees assessed by Ecology. Fees for stormwater discharges <br />covered under this permit are established by Chapter 173-224 WAC. Ecology continues to <br />assess permit fees until the permit is terminated in accordance with Special Condition S 10 <br />or revoked in accordance with General Condition G5. <br />S7. SOLID AND LIQUID WASTE DISPOSAL <br />The Permittee must handle and dispose of solid and liquid wastes generated by construction <br />activity, such as demolition debris, construction materials, contaminated materials, and <br />waste materials from maintenance activities, including liquids and solids from cleaning <br />catch basins and other stormwater facilities, in accordance with: <br />A. Special Condition S3, Compliance with Standards <br />B. WAC 173-216-110 <br />C. Other applicable regulations <br />S8. DISCHARGES TO 303(d) OR TMDL WATERBODIES <br />A.
