Building H / K1911-011 2" Fire service line with DCDA inside Plans show 4" pipe entering building and vault outside of building per COE reducing down to a 2.5" with DCVA inside Standard Drawing #515,,NFPA 13. building. Plans reference NFPA 13R. Cut sheet shows 2.5"-10" DCVA. Need to revise plans to show a 2" coming to the building and the DCDA located outside.. Revise cut sheetto be fora 2" DCDA per COE Standard Drawing #515, and revise plans to reference NFPA 13. Building J / K1911-012 Civil plans show a 4" Fire service line Plans show a 6" fire service with a DCVA inside with DCDA inside building per COE the building. Cut sheet shows a 2.5"-10" DCVA. Standard Drawing #523, NFPA 13. Plans reference NFPA 13R. Sprinkler size needs to be verified and determined as civils may need to be revised from a 4" to a 6" (or sprinkler plans revised down to a 4"). Cut sheet needs to be revised to show a DCDA per COE Standard Drawing #523 with an appropriate size for the verified fire service line. Plans code reference needs to be revised to reference NFPA 13 instead of 13R. Upon resubmittal, please provide (2) sets of revised Plans and (2) sets of revised cut sheet packages with each permit set along with a City transmittal sheet (available at the permit counter and attached for your use) for each permit, noting the permit number and building letter each is associated with.
