Please review and <br />respond to the comments below. <br />NON STRUCTURAL <br />General <br />1. Electric vehicle charging locations and infrastructure requirements should be shown on <br />the plans. Section 427 <br />2. The special inspector qualifications, required inspections and reporting requirements of <br />RCW 64.55 should be shown on the plans. <br />3. Smoke detectors should be noted to be interconnected within each unit. Section <br />907.2.11.5 <br />4. The smoke detector located in the hallway of unit types 2.1, 2.2, 2.3 & 2.4 should be <br />shown to be minimum of 3' away from the bathroom doors. Section 907.2.11.4 <br />5. The insulation in floor/ceiling assembly 8D is not permitted to exceed 3" in thickness and <br />must be attached directly to the underside of the sub -floor unless an additional layer of <br />GWB is added per U.L. <br />6.
