Receivables <br /> ■ Comments on Draft Chapter 6 <br /> Deliverables <br /> ■ Draft Chapter 6-Water Reclamation and Reuse <br /> Assumptions <br /> ■ Water Reclamation & Reuse information to be included in Chapter 6 will be obtained from <br /> the WPCF Facility Plan provided by the City. <br /> ■ There are currently no opportunities for reclaimed water. <br /> Task 11 — Capital Improvement Plan <br /> Objective <br /> Develop the Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) for the 20-year planning horizon with a year-by-year <br /> CIP for the first ten years of the planning horizon.The basis for the CIP is the selection of preferred <br /> alternatives and the corresponding work completed under previous tasks. <br /> Work Tasks <br /> 11.1 Unit Costs Development <br /> Compile unit costs for sewer infrastructure projects including piping, manholes, pump stations, <br /> and other structures. Submit proposed unit cost tables to City for approval prior to developing <br /> project costs. <br /> 11.2 Recommended CIP <br /> Identify capital improvement projects to address capacity, risk/resiliency, and condition <br /> deficiencies for the planning horizon. Inventory potential alternatives for addressing collection <br /> system deficiencies to use as the basis for the capital improvement plan tasks. Confirm capital <br /> improvement project addresses deficiency using hydraulic model. <br /> Conduct brainstorming meeting with key City staff to discuss potential alternatives. Confirm <br /> feasibility of and finalize up to two hundred total alternatives based on discussion in the <br /> brainstorming meeting. Alternatives developed to account for impacts to the downstream system. <br /> Generate a list of proposed projects based on the prioritization of system deficiencies. Develop <br /> AACE International Class 5 opinions of probable project costs for each project with an accuracy <br /> range of+100%to-50%.
