EVERETT Parks and Facilities <br /> WASHINGTON <br /> To: Cory Rettenmier <br /> From: Jeremy Oshie, Athletics Supervisor <br /> Date: 4/8/2021 <br /> Re: Skyhawks professional service agreement <br /> The Everett Parks and Community Services Department has contracted with the <br /> Skyhawks Sports Academy since 2003. The Skyhawks program provides youth sports <br /> instruction to youth ages 3-12. Weekly camps are offered during the summer as well as <br /> Saturday morning clinics for younger kids. <br /> The City provides facility space for the camps. City increased its percentage of fee <br /> retention from 20% to 25% in 2020. <br /> The service provider develops the curriculum, provides all on-site labor during the camps <br /> including a sports camp director and provides at their expense the equipment and <br /> supplies for the camps. The service provider will now retain 75% of the gross revenue in <br /> 2020. <br /> Actual revenue is dependent on registration revenue yet to be collected. The City retains <br /> 25% of the gross revenue.
