Enterprise Enrollment <br /> Custom Terms CTM <br /> Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Enterprise Agreement or Enterprise Enrollment, <br /> the following terms and conditions will apply: <br /> Windows E5 User Licenses for Shared Devices <br /> Due to unavailability of a GCC Win E5 device-based SKU, Microsoft is allowing Enrolled <br /> Affiliate to purchase quantity 21 WinE5 GCC user-based licenses(AAD-98559-WinE5 for <br /> use wGCC ALNG SubsVL MVL PerUsr) and assign and use those licenses as Win E5 <br /> device-based licenses. For purpose of clarity, these 21 devices will now be considered <br /> device licensed and will be subject to the same terms and conditions as any WinE5 device- <br /> based license. <br /> Microsoft has adjusted pricing to the reseller to represent Win E5 device-based license <br /> pricing. Reseller to set final pricing. <br /> This is a one-time offer by Microsoft that will expire at the end of this enrollment term. <br /> Except for changes made by these amendments,the Enrollment or Agreement identified above remains <br /> unchanged and in full force and effect.
