EXECUTIVE SUMMARY <br />The purpose of this report is to provide a structural analysis for the modification of antennas and ancillary equipment <br />at an existing water tank communications site. This report was commissioned by T-Mobile. The site is located at <br />7410 Olympic Drive, Everett, WA 98203. <br />Applicable codes: <br />• International Building Code 2015 <br />• TIA/EIA-222-G <br />• ASCE/SEI7-10 <br />Design Criteria: <br />• Seismic Design Category: D <br />• Ss: 1.399g; Si: 0.535 g <br />• Ultimate Wind Speed: 110 MPH (3-Sec Gust), Exposure C <br />• Risk Category: II <br />Equipment Loading: <br />The proposed antenna and equipment loading has been obtained from T-Mobile RFDS Version R0.1 dated <br />5/20/2019. The existing support structure data has been obtained from Arsene Professional Engineers Mount Details <br />dated 11/11/2016.
