Properties served outside corporate By special contract to be <br /> limits or not otherwise provided negotiated between property <br /> for in subparagraphs I and II above owner and the office of the <br /> Commissioner of Public <br /> Works and approved by the <br /> City Commission <br /> The rates and charges for that class of users described in sub- <br /> paragraphs I A, II A, IIB, and II C of this section shall be paid bi-monthly <br /> within fourteen days after the date specified on the bi-monthly bill sent to <br /> the user by the City Treasurer, in which case the payment required to be <br /> made shall not be more than two months in advance. <br /> The rates and charges for that class of user described in sub- <br /> paragraphs I B of this section shall be paid on or before the tenth day of <br /> each month following the month in which such disposal service was <br /> rendered, <br /> The rates and charges for that class of users described in sub- <br /> paragraphs I C and I D, and II D and II E above shall be paid at the same <br /> time the basic charge is paid, or, if no charge is being made under <br /> subparagraphs I A, II A, II B, II C, or I B, shall be paid bi-monthly within <br /> fourteen days after the date specified on the bi-monthly bill sent to the user <br /> by the City Treasurer, in which case the payment required to be made shall <br /> not be more than two months in advance. <br /> The rates and charges for those users described in subparagraph, <br /> III of this section shall be paid as prescribed by the City Council or in the <br /> contract entered into by each such.-user with the City. " <br /> Section 2: That Section 14. 12. 040 is hereby amended to read as <br /> follows: <br /> "14. 12. 040 Billings and connections. All bills for sewage <br /> disposal service for that class of users described in subparagraphs I A, II A, <br /> II B, II C, II D, and II E in Section 14. 12. 020 shall be rendered bi-monthly <br /> and shall become due and payable at the office of the City Treasurer within <br /> fourteen days after the date specified on the bill sent to the user by the City <br /> Treasurer and shall become delinquent thereafter. In all such cases the <br /> payment required to be made shall not be more than two months in advance. <br /> All bills for sewage disposal service for that class of user des- <br /> cribed in sub-paragraph I B of Section 14. 12. 020 shall be rendered monthly <br /> and shall become due and payable at the office of the City Treasurer on or <br /> before the tenth day of each month and shall become delinquent thereafter. <br /> All bills for sewage disposal for that class of users described in <br /> subparagraphs I C and I D shall be rendered at the same time as the basic <br /> charge is rendered, or, if no charge is being made under subparagraphs <br /> I A, II A, II B, II C, or I B, shall be rendered bi-monthly and shall become <br /> due and payable at the office of the City Treasurer within fourteen days after <br /> the date specified on the bill sent to the user by the City Treasurer and shall <br /> become delinquent thereafter. <br /> -3- <br />
