• <br /> • <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 3890. <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending the Zoning Map of the City of <br /> Everett, as provided by Ordinance No. 3572 of the City of Everett, <br /> also known as Everett City Code 15.04.040, entitled: <br /> "An Ordinance regulating and restricting the <br /> location and use of buildings and land within the <br /> City of Everett; limiting the heighth of buildings; <br /> prescribing building lines and size of yard and <br /> other open spaces; providing for the division of <br /> the City into use zones; creating a Board of Adjust- <br /> ments; and providing for penalties for violation <br /> of the Ordinance. " <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Everett, upon <br /> the recommendation of the Planning Commission of the City of <br /> Everett, has determined that the area hereinafter described <br /> should be rezoned and such rezoning will be in harmony with the <br /> Comprehensive Plan of Land Use for the City of Everett, and <br /> declaring an emergency to exist. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Everett <br /> does hereby find that the changes hereinafter set forth are for <br /> the best interests of the City of Everett and in harmony with <br /> the Comprehensive Plan of Land Use for the City. <br /> Section 2 : That the zone map of the City of Everett, <br /> also designated as "use map" of the City of Everett, as establi- <br /> shed by Section 4+ of Ordinance No. 3572, also known as Everett <br /> City Code 15.04.040, is hereby amended as follows: <br /> That the following described property be re- <br /> zoned from R-2 Single Family High Density Residence <br /> Zone to B-2 Community Shopping Zone. <br /> Lots 15 and 16, less the W 80' thereof, Block <br /> 6, Beverly Hills Div. #4 <br /> That the following described property be re- <br /> zoned from R-2 Single Family High Density Residence <br /> Zone to R-4 Multiple Family High Density Residential <br /> Zone. <br /> Lots 13, 14+, 15, 16 and 17, Block 181, Bailey <br /> Addition. <br /> That the following described property be re- <br /> zoned from R-1 Single Family Low Density Residence <br /> Zone and B-1 Neighborhood Shopping Zone to B-2 <br /> Community Shopping Zone. <br /> Beginning at the SW corner Lot 10, Radio Add. <br /> to Everett; th S 89°14'42" E for 568.34 feet; <br /> th N 81°28'18" W for 356.98 feet; th N 88°46' <br /> 34+" W for 60 feet; th N 89°10'02" W for 154.18 <br /> feet; th S 1°17'50" W for 48.98 feet and the <br /> true point of beginning. <br /> Section 3: That the official zone map shall, upon the <br /> passage of this Ordinance, be amended by the City Clerk, as <br /> hereinabove provided, and henceforth said property shall be used <br />
