• • ORDINANCE NO. 3890. AN ORDINANCE amending the Zoning Map of the City of Everett, as provided by Ordinance No. 3572 of the City of Everett, also known as Everett City Code 15.04.040, entitled: "An Ordinance regulating and restricting the location and use of buildings and land within the City of Everett; limiting the heighth of buildings; prescribing building lines and size of yard and other open spaces; providing for the division of the City into use zones; creating a Board of Adjust- ments; and providing for penalties for violation of the Ordinance. " WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Everett, upon the recommendation of the Planning Commission of the City of Everett, has determined that the area hereinafter described should be rezoned and such rezoning will be in harmony with the Comprehensive Plan of Land Use for the City of Everett, and declaring an emergency to exist. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Everett does hereby find that the changes hereinafter set forth are for the best interests of the City of Everett and in harmony with the Comprehensive Plan of Land Use for the City. Section 2 : That the zone map of the City of Everett, also designated as "use map" of the City of Everett, as establi- shed by Section 4+ of Ordinance No. 3572, also known as Everett City Code 15.04.040, is hereby amended as follows: That the following described property be re- zoned from R-2 Single Family High Density Residence Zone to B-2 Community Shopping Zone. Lots 15 and 16, less the W 80' thereof, Block 6, Beverly Hills Div. #4 That the following described property be re- zoned from R-2 Single Family High Density Residence Zone to R-4 Multiple Family High Density Residential Zone. Lots 13, 14+, 15, 16 and 17, Block 181, Bailey Addition. That the following described property be re- zoned from R-1 Single Family Low Density Residence Zone and B-1 Neighborhood Shopping Zone to B-2 Community Shopping Zone. Beginning at the SW corner Lot 10, Radio Add. to Everett; th S 89°14'42" E for 568.34 feet; th N 81°28'18" W for 356.98 feet; th N 88°46' 34+" W for 60 feet; th N 89°10'02" W for 154.18 feet; th S 1°17'50" W for 48.98 feet and the true point of beginning. Section 3: That the official zone map shall, upon the passage of this Ordinance, be amended by the City Clerk, as hereinabove provided, and henceforth said property shall be used
