After acquisition,it was <br /> discovered that immediate repair work was needed in order to keep the boathouse in a safe and useable condition. There is <br /> currently$80,000 budgeted for these repairs in the 2021 Criminal Justice fund;however,an additional$50,000 is needed to cover <br /> the total estimated repair cost of$130,000.
