Council approved the grant <br /> at the December 18,2019,Council meeting. <br /> A professional services contract was awarded in February 2020 to cover the grant period,which was extended from April 1,2021,to <br /> June 30,2021. $45,006 was spent in 2020. The training was completed in 2020;however,invoices for that training have not yet been received or paid. The <br /> equipment was ordered in 2020,but was not received prior to year-end.
